By Authority of the Treasury Bills Act, 1969- No. 20 of 1969

The Treasury BIlls(Amendment) Act,1972 -No.22 of 1972 and the Treasury Bills(Amendment) Act, 1984 - No. 9 of 1984

1. Tenders are hereby invited for the issues of the St. Christopher and Nevis Government Treasury Bills
2. These bills will be payable at par ninety-one(91) days after the date of issue. They will be issued after the payment by cheque or cash on 18^th May 2010 and will be payable on 17^th August 2010.
3. Each tender must specify the discount rate at which he will pay for every ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS of the amount tendered. Explanation of this method will be available at the Accountant General's Office or Ministry of Finance
4. Application forms will be available at the Accountant General's Office, Basseterre, and when completed, should be forwarded to the Accountant General's Office in sealed envelopes addressed:

5. All applications must reach the Accountant General's Office, St.Kitts, no later than 3:00p.m on 21st April 2010
6. Successful tenders will be notified by letter not later than 7th May 2010
7. The Goverment of the Federation reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender in whole or in part
8. The treasury Bills Act,(No.20 of 1969), The Treasury Bills (Amendment) Act, 1972(No.22 of 1972) and Treasury Bills (Amendment) Act 1984(No. 9 of 1984) are available at Government Headquarters.
