Culturama 2010 notices
- All booth operators and street vendors for Culturama 2010 are invited to a very important meeting with members of the Environmental Health Department and the Nevis Culturama COmmittee on Wednesday June 30th 2010 at the Groove Park Pacilion. The meeting will commence promptly at 5:00 pm
- All band leaders and DJ's are invited to a meeting of the Nevis Culturama Committee on Tuesday June 29th 2010, 5:00 pm sharp at the Nevis Island Administration Conference Room. All are asked to attend and to be on time as very important matter pertaining to muscial entertainment for Culturama 2010 will be discussed.
- Persons interested in operating Food Booths and as Street Venders at the Culturama 2010 Street Fairs on July 3rd, 10th and 17th are asked to register their names at the Festivals Secretariat Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Please note that there are limites amount of booths which will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Cost per booth is $100.00 per day and $50.00 per day for Street Vending.
- All persons who will be operating as Street Vendors for Culturama 2010 are asked to apply for a Street Vendors Pass at the Festicals Secretariat, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Only persons holding a Street Vendors pass will be allowed to operate as street vendors over the Culturama 2010 period and all street vendors must have a valid Liquor license and food handlers permit. All are asked to be guided accordingly.
